The Downs School Uniform
The Downs CEP School uniform can be purchased from our official supplier.

You can have your uniform delivered to your home/place of work or delivered for free to the school. Any orders that are delivered to school will be given to your child to bring home. There are no school deliveries over the summer holidays so please bear this in mind when ordering around that time of the year.
If your child is entitled to Pupil Premium funding please complete the UNIFORM ORDER FORM and drop in to the office for authorisation. To make your contribution towards uniform costs you will find a tab dedicated to pupil premium on your school gateway app. Once payment is authorised, we will give the order to your child to bring home.
Water bottles will still need to be purchased via the school office as these are custom printed by another supplier.

Every child needs to have a water bottle in school each day.
Trainers are not allowed, unless for genuine medical reasons where parents can produce evidence.
Hair should be neat and tidy and long hair should be tied back for health and safety reasons and to prevent the spread of head lice. Hair accessories should be small and discrete in blue. No fancy hair accessories.
Not to be worn:
- Jewellery (except sensible wrist watches)
- Earrings (Small silver or gold studs only) We don't allow earrings to be worn for PE/swimming. Your child must be able to remove earrings themselves in order to participate in these activities.
- Sweat bands or other wrist bands
