Banana sandwiches on granary bread :-)

I have endeavored to give my boys healthy lunch boxes over the years. However i have had to concede to less healthy food. My kids are not big on meat and Patrick is very picky . I used to do things like peanut butter and raisin or strawberries and cream cheese. I have had to stop all this stuff as the other children mock them saying these combos are really weird. anything thats a bit more imaginative than ham or chocolate spread is often seen as very uncool!

I have been making corn bread, it is cheap and easy to make and is a great alternative to sandwiches, the corn flour is healthy and the sweetcorn in it makes it naurally sweet.
